摘要:本文通过对白酒行业发展不同时期的副产物利用情况进行总结,介绍了白酒行业从传统直接排放到达标排放,简单直接用于饲料到各项现代技术应用于酿酒副产物的处理,为企业创造更高附加值。随着白酒行业近年来蓬勃发展,白酒企业必须加大环保投入做好循环经济,让绿色动力成为企业引擎,才能实现企业持续健康发展。

Review on Resource Utilization of Liquor by-products

Abstract:This paper summarizes the treatment and utilization of liquor by-products in different stages of liquor industry development, and introduces the liquor industry from traditional direct discharge to standard discharge, simple and direct use for feed to various modern technologies applied to the treatment of liquor by-products, so as to create higher added value for enterprises. With the rapid development of liquor industry in recent years, liquor enterprises must increase their investment in environmental protection and do a good job in circular economy, so as to make green power become the engine of enterprises and realize sustainable and healthy development of enterprises.
